Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed using any of the following methods:

Payments are accepted securely via Paypal on our website or by Direct Deposit or Money Order when ordering by email or phone.
Payment details will be provided on receipt of your order. All payments are required to be received / cleared before commencement of your order.
If you choose to email your order, please include your name and postal address along with the details of your order. We only accept Direct Deposits or Money Orders for orders placed via email. We will forward you an return email outlining total of goods and postage costs. Upon receipt / clearance of your payment, your goods will be handmade and posted within 7 days.
If your payment has not been received / cleared within 5 days of receipt of your order , your order will be cancelled. You will receive an email notifying you of this cancellation.
Custom Orders
Giggleart welcome enquires for custom orders. If you have something in mind but can't quite find what you are looking for, please email us at giggleart@iprimus.com.au so we can create something together.
Returns and Exchanges
Giggleart take great pride in our work and customer satisfaction. Giggleart will only accept returns on faulty products or that have been supplied incorrectly. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Refunds will only be given if products are still in their original packaging and are undamaged. Sorry we are unable to refund shipping cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Giggleart are not responsible for the use or incorrect use of it's products.
Our Hair clips and headbands contain small parts which, like any small object, pose a chocking hazard for young children. Please do not leave babies and young children unsupervised while using these products.

Giggleart source only quality supplies to ensure that we are providing you with the quality products you expect.
As all items are handmade there might be slight variences between the product you see on the website. We do our best to make our products as close as possible to what we have advertised.
If you want to place an order and you think it's going to be to late to receive the gift. Don't worry, Giggleart will post out a card to the child to let them know something very special is coming there way soon.
In the event that a product is unavailable or sold out of placing your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or advise of restocking date.
Postage Policy
Australia Post is used for shipping using Registered Postage.
International Buyers Only
Please email us with your postcode and location so we can provide a postage quote to your destination.
Orders will be sent via Airmail.

Giggleart would love to make the next fundraiser at your organisation a great success.

Every order placed 20% will be given to your organisation.
Orders take between 2 and 4 weeks to complete depending on what time of year you do the fundraiser.
Orders are sent back to you individually named and wrapped so you only need to hand them out.
